There have been a lot of online suggestions for parents in dealing with their children at home; even for teachers in schools. Children’s behaviours have been in the center of our focus for a while now … let us take a moment and talk about your behaviours now.

Some of you may be ready for a little check-in on yourself and your parenting. So I made you a chart! Yes, you read that right! A chart for parents!

A check-in to remind you that your children take their lead from YOU!

Just like we help them track what they are doing, here is one for you! I added the most important and empirically valid traits in parenting, but I invite you to add any new ones if you can think of more that are important to you! (maybe comment them below so we grow the chart for everyone?) Writing these down and posting them in the house will help you remember them at the moment when you are not at your best - because you are human, and trying to navigate your own reality.
